Your visit begins the moment you walk in. Our Patient Experience Coordinator will greet you and check you in. From there, they’ll personally escort you to our clinical suite and explain what we call our Honest Promise.

- Upfront Costs: You’ll know exactly what your visit will cost before any treatment begins. No surprises. Ever.
- No Commissions, No Pressure: Our doctors are salaried, so their only priority is you. There are no sales quotas or incentives—just genuine care.
- Needs First, Always: Our focus is your health. We start with the essentials—like treating disease and restoring wellness. We offer cosmetic and elective services, but only if and when you're interested.
We treat you like family—our rule of thumb is, we only recommend what we’d recommend for our own mom.
3. Diagnostics for a Full Picture
Next, a dental assistant will explain what’s ahead and begin diagnostics:
- X-rays to spot any active disease or hidden issues. We use advanced, AI-integrated software for the most accurate diagnosis possible.
- Photographs and Intraoral Scans to create a detailed record of your current oral health. These tools help you visualize and better understand your treatment plan.
4. Your Hygiene and Dental Exams
Your dental hygienist will come in to introduce themselves and perform a thorough hygiene exam. This includes checking your gums, cleaning if appropriate, and making notes for the dentist.
Then, your dentist will join you for a complete dental exam. They’ll review your diagnostics, explain what they see, and discuss any findings with you directly. Together, you’ll review a personalized treatment plan and get all your questions answered.

Before you leave, you’ll meet with our Treatment Coordinator, who will:
- Summarize the treatment plan discussed with the clinical team
- Go over costs, insurance coverage (if applicable), and payment options
- Walk you through available financing—from short-term plans to long-term solutions that fit your budget
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your next steps and no lingering questions.
